At Oshun Goddess Of Love LLC, every product is handmade with care and crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade soaps and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Handmade soaps
• Body butters
• Scrubs
• Shower gels
• Any other personal care products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.
